British Columbia Contact Centre Association (BC CCA)
The British Columbia Contact Centre Association (BC CCA) is an organization of professionals dedicated to bringing call centre users & employees together with suppliers & government representatives. The Association provides a regular forum for over 100 members organizations to network, collaborate and keep abreast of trends and directions that impact our businesses. An annual conference, a leading edge website and bi-monthly breakfast meetings are just a few of the ways that we bring you information on issues that affect you every day in the world of contact centres.
Contact Centre Canada
Incorporated in February 2004, Contact Centre Canada is a national, not-for-profit organization made up of contact centre organizations, regional not-for-profit industry associations, economic development organizations, educational institutions, labour representatives, vendors and consultants that provide services to the Canadian contact centre industry. It is one of 33 sector councils funded by the Government of Canada’s Sector Council Program.
International Customer Service Association (ICSA) – Toronto Chapter
ICSA is a non profit association led by members including directors, vice presidents, owners and CEOs of companies of all types and sizes in virtually every industry. Organized in 1981 by a group of 59 customer service professionals. ICSA has since grown, comprising of over 2,500 members in Toronto alone. ICSA offers a full range of programs that provide members with a forum for sharing knowledge and experience, searching for solutions and networking with other customer service professionals.
Manitoba Customer Contact Association (MCCA)
The Manitoba Customer Contact Association (MCCA) is a group of customer contact managers/directors/owners working together to advance the industry in Manitoba. MCCA was created under the Manitoba Corporations Act in 1997 to enhance the image of Customer Contact Centres and expand Manitoba’s qualified sustainable pool of human resources.
